Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने CRP PO/MT-XVI Notification 2026 — 1 July 2026 को जारी कर दिया है। इसमें 11 Participating Public Sector Banks में Probationary Officer (PO) और Management Trainee (MT) के 6,715 पदों पर भर्ती होगी।
यह IBPS PO का 16वाँ Edition है — और इस बार Vacancy पिछले Cycle से करीब 29% ज़्यादा है।
Online Registration 1 July 2026 से शुरू है और Last Date 21 July 2026 है। Prelims Exam 22-23 August 2026 और Mains 4 October 2026 को होगी।

IBPS PO 2026 में क्या नया है — 5 बड़े Changes
IBPS PO 2026 Notification में कई Important Updates हैं जो इसे पिछले Cycles से अलग बनाते हैं:
1. Personality Test — नया Stage Added:
इस बार Selection Process में Personality Test एक नया Mandatory Stage है — यह Non-Qualifying है लेकिन Interview के लिए Eligible होने के लिए इसे Attend करना अनिवार्य है।
2. Mains Exam Pattern Revised:
Mains में इस बार 170 Objective Questions होंगे (पहले 145 थे) — Reasoning 40, GA/Banking/Digital Awareness 50, English 40, Data Analysis 40 — 200 Marks के।
3. Descriptive Paper Changed:
Descriptive Paper अब Essay और Comprehension पर Based होगा।
4. Live Photograph Capture:
Online Registration के दौरान Live Photograph Capture होगी — पुरानी Photo Upload नहीं चलेगी।
5. DigiLocker Integration:
Document Verification के लिए DigiLocker Integration और Enhanced Aadhaar-Based Authentication होगा।

11 Banks में 6715 Posts — कहाँ कितनी Vacancies?
Bank of Baroda में सबसे ज़्यादा 1,900 Vacancies हैं, उसके बाद Canara Bank में 1,500। Punjab & Sind Bank में सबसे कम Vacancies हैं।
तीन Banks — Indian Bank, UCO Bank और Union Bank of India — ने अभी अपनी Vacancies Report नहीं की हैं। इनके आने पर Total Vacancy और बढ़ सकती है।

Mains Qualify करने वाले Candidates को Personality Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह Mandatory है लेकिन Non-Qualifying है — Interview के लिए Eligible होने के लिए इसे Attend करना ज़रूरी है।

Stage 4 — Common Interview
Interview 100 Marks का होगा — Minimum Qualifying Marks 40% (General) और 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)।

IBPS PO 2026 Online Application Process इस प्रकार है:
Step 1: Official Website ibps.in पर जाएं।
Step 2: Homepage पर “CRP PO/MT-XVI Apply Online” Link ढूंढें।
Step 3: “Register New Candidate” पर Click करें।
Step 4: Live Photograph Capture करें — Camera Permission Allow करें। यह नई Requirement है।
Step 5: Personal Details — नाम, DOB, Email ID, Mobile Number, Category, State — Fill करें।
Step 6: Login Details Registered Mobile/Email पर आएंगी — Save करें।
Step 7: Login करके Application Form में Educational Qualification, Work Experience (यदि हो) और Bank Preferences भरें।
Step 8: Required Documents Upload करें — Signature, Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration।
Step 9: DigiLocker से Documents Verify करें — यह नई Integration है।
