Experience किसी reputed industrial establishment का होना चाहिए। अच्छी बात यह है कि Apprentices Act 1961 के तहत की गई apprenticeship भी experience में गिनी जाएगी। यानी ITI के बाद 2 साल apprenticeship/OJT की है, तो आप eligible हो सकते हैं। Teaching या research fellowship का experience नहीं गिना जाएगा।
Electrician के लिए licence “essential” लिखा है, इसलिए बिना valid licence के form न भरें।
Age Limit
13 November 2026 (closing date) को उम्र 35 साल से ज़्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए। Relaxation के बाद भी उम्र 50 साल से ऊपर नहीं जा सकती।

IREL Recruitment 2026 Salary और Stipend
Selection के बाद पहले 1 साल आप Trainee रहेंगे और ₹34,200 प्रति माह consolidated stipend मिलेगा। Company accommodation न मिले तो W-3 grade की minimum pay (₹22,000) पर HRA भी मिलेगा, साथ में खुद और family के लिए medical facility।
Training सफलतापूर्वक पूरी होने पर W-3 Grade में “Tradesman” के रूप में absorb किया जा सकता है, जिसका pay scale ₹22,000–88,000 है। IREL के अनुसार regular post पर approximate CTC करीब ₹6.5 lakh सालाना बनता है (Y class city के 20% HRA के हिसाब से, posting के हिसाब से बदल सकता है)।

IREL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process (CBT + Skill Test)
- Written Test (CBT): 2 घंटे, 150 MCQ, हिंदी और English दोनों में।
- Section-I: अपनी trade का professional knowledge, 100 questions।
- Section-II: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability और English, 50 questions।
- हर सही जवाब पर 1 mark, negative marking नहीं।
- Qualifying marks हर section में अलग: UR/EWS 50%, SC/ST/OBC-NCL 45%।
- Skill Test: CBT pass करने वालों में से 1 post पर 5 candidates बुलाए जाएंगे। यह सिर्फ qualifying है।
- Final merit सिर्फ CBT के marks से, unit और trade के हिसाब से अलग-अलग।

Step 1: Advertisement पढ़ें

Common Mistakes – ये गलती न करें
- Fresher होकर apply करना। 2 साल का post-qualification experience ज़रूरी है, apprenticeship गिनी जाएगी।
- एक से ज़्यादा trade में form भरना। ऐसे candidate का application reject होगा। Same trade में दोबारा भरा तो सिर्फ आखिरी form माना जाएगा।
- Electrician में बिना valid licence के apply करना।
- Govt/PSU में काम करते हुए बिना NOC के जाना। Skill test पर NOC या proper channel से भेजा application दिखाना होगा।
