CTET Paper 1 Syllabus 2026 — Subject-wise Complete Details
1. Child Development & Pedagogy — 30 Questions
यह Section बताता है कि बच्चे कैसे बढ़ते हैं, सोचते हैं और सीखते हैं। CDP दोनों Papers में सबसे Important Section है।
Child Development Topics:
बाल विकास की अवधारणा और उसका Learning से संबंध, बच्चों के विकास के सिद्धांत (Piaget, Vygotsky, Kohlberg), Heredity और Environment का प्रभाव, Socialization Process, Child-centered Education, Intelligence के Theories।
Inclusive Education Topics:
Special Needs वाले बच्चों को समझना, Learning Disabilities (Dyslexia, ADHD), Gifted Children, Inclusive Classroom Strategies।
Learning & Pedagogy Topics:
सीखने के तरीके और उनके प्रकार, Motivation और Learning का संबंध, Problem-solving और Critical Thinking, Assessment और Evaluation।
📌 Preparation Tip: CDP सबसे Theoretical Section है — लेकिन यहाँ से 30 Marks आते हैं। Piaget और Vygotsky के Theories को अच्छे से समझें। Previous Year Papers में यहाँ से बहुत Repetitive Questions आते हैं।
2. Language I — 30 Questions
Language I Section Candidates की Teaching Medium में Language Proficiency Test करता है।
Comprehension Topics: Unseen Prose Passage, Unseen Poetry, Questions on Comprehension और Inference।
Pedagogy of Language Development: Learning और Acquisition, Language Teaching के Principles, Listening और Speaking की Role, Grammar का Role, Remedial Teaching।
3. Language II — 30 Questions
Language II, Language I से अलग होनी चाहिए। Candidates 20 Available Languages में से 2 Languages Choose करते हैं।
Syllabus Same है Language I जैसा — Comprehension और Pedagogy। लेकिन Language अलग होगी।
📌 Tip: Hindi को Language I और English को Language II या इसका उल्टा करना सबसे Common Choice है। जो Language आपको अच्छी आती हो उसे Language I रखें।
4. Mathematics — 30 Questions (Paper 1)
Mathematics Section में Content और Pedagogy दोनों से Questions आते हैं।
Content Topics: Number System, Shapes और Geometry, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Measurement, Weight, Time, Volume, Data Handling, Patterns।
Pedagogy Topics: Mathematics की Nature और Importance, Teaching Problems, Error Analysis, Remedial Teaching, Diagnostic और Formative Assessment।

5. Environmental Studies (EVS) — 30 Questions (Paper 1 Only)
Content Topics: Family और Friends (Relationships, Work, Animals, Plants), Food, Shelter, Water, Travel, Things We Make and Do।
Pedagogy Topics: EVS का Concept और Scope, EVS की Significance, Learning Principles, Activities, Experimentation, Discussion, Teaching Material, Problems।

CTET Paper 2 Syllabus 2026 — Subject-wise Complete Details
1. Child Development & Pedagogy — 30 Questions
Paper 2 का CDP Syllabus Paper 1 जैसा ही है — लेकिन यहाँ Upper Primary Level (Classes 6–8) के Context में Questions आते हैं। Adolescent Psychology और उससे जुड़े Teaching Challenges पर ज़्यादा Focus होता है।
2. Language I & II — 30 + 30 Questions
Paper 2 का Language Syllabus भी Paper 1 जैसा है। Comprehension और Pedagogy of Language Development दोनों Cover होते हैं।
3. Mathematics & Science — 60 Questions (Science Teachers के लिए)
Mathematics Content: Number System, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Data Handling, Statistics — NCERT Class 6–8 के Curriculum पर Based होता है।
Science Content: Food, Materials, The World of the Living, Moving Things — People & Ideas, How Things Work, Natural Phenomena, Natural Resources।
