Selection Process for BSNL JTO Recruitment 2026
Stage 1 — Computer Based Test (CBT)
यह सबसे अहम Stage है। CBT 480 Marks का होगा — 3 घंटे में।

BSNL JTO Service Bond
BSNL JTO में Selection के बाद एक ₹6,00,000 का Service Bond Sign करना होता है।
इसका मतलब है कि Select होने के बाद आपको कम से कम 5 साल BSNL में Service करनी होगी। अगर आप 5 साल से पहले Resign करते हैं — तो ₹6 Lakh Bond Amount देना होगा।

- Probation Period: 2 साल
